Handcrafted by South African artisans, these rounded brass and copper earrings have darkened copper embedded in brilliant etched brass. The earrings are 1 inch wide and hang 0.75 of an inch from brass hooks. The color on the copper is achieved by applying extreme heat rather than paints or dyes. To find matching pieces, search for the numeric part of the SKU (e.g. 493 for SKU H-493).
The earrings are free from lead & nickel or any other allergy producing substances. Sprayed with a clear lacquer, the piece requires only a soft cloth for polishing. Once the lacquer wears off, which can take several years depending on the amount of wear, a household metal polish can be used.
